The work you will do will ensure that our product and brand reaches out to millions of users across India. By leveraging digital media, you will discover leads and acquire learners for our Plus offering (subscription), which gives unlimited access to live, structured courses by Top Educators. Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Lead multiple digital marketing experiments and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget - Use social media management tools for effortless campaign execution and tracking tools like Google Analytics for accurate measurement of key metrics - Iteratively test web and app, to improve funnel conversion rates - Measure ROI's and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvements - Ideate &amp; create engaging, well-researched content for social channels to get everybody talking about Unacademy Plus! - Experience in managing and running campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords, Youtube, and other online channels - Experience in managing a team in a dynamic and fast paced environment with a result-oriented approach Job Qualifications: - 5+ Years of experience in any Online Paid Marketing channels (eg: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.) - Smart &amp; driven with a strong bias for action - Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets - Able to effectively prioritize &amp; manage time - Team players but independent and proactive self-starters - Experience in MS office &amp; web analytics tools
