Role: Manager - Business Finance Location: Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: - Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth. - Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals. - Develop a financial plan and be the owner of financial budgeting and forecasting for the segment of the business - Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans. - Streamline reporting and publish metrics and trends to aid quick decision making - Develop profit and loss plans to ensure maximized returns and profit targets. - Manage the financial reporting of the segment and lead all analyses and drive insights. - Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and suggest measures to control variances proactively. - Act as a key decision-maker for financial related commitments in business projects. - Build financial integrity and control in the business processes and implement systems to inspect and approve all educator and content contracts of the company. - Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
