We're currently augmenting our Learning Experience team and seek to hire leaders who will help manage and improve the learning experience on the platform. This role is heavily cross-functional and will involve driving key projects to improve content consumption and quality on the platform. Here's a deeper insight into the role:

What will you Do :

- Identify changes needed in our value offering by: Conducting data analytics by leveraging learner feedback, product ratings, feature adoption and whatever else is relevant to identify gaps

- Conducting internal and external benchmarking exercises

- Conducting Primary and secondary research exercises to identify changes needed

- Conducting brainstorming discussions with internal stakeholders

- Create a charter of improvements and clearly prioritize between multiple initiatives in alignment with top leadership.

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to implement changes

- Track progress along each initiative and ensure completion

- Measure the impact of each initiative
