Unacademy - Category Manager

Job Description :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of your category.

- Own and drive impact of engagement through GTM activities working with categories/teams across Unacademy by aligning different business goals

- Liaise with cross functional team for promotional activities of a product category

- Be the owner of delivering top line & bottom line metrics

- Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention and handling revenue and profitability goals.

- Manage teams and ensure they work efficiently.

- Regularly optimize the process by analyzing loopholes that hinder efficiency.

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Excellent communication and people skills
