- Must have a strong demonstrated experience in escalations management.
- Should have managed top-level escalations with important stakeholders like CEOs & CXOs.
- Manage teams and ensure they work efficiently.
- Work cross functionally with various stakeholders such as central support, engineering POCs, etc.
- Regularly optimize the process by analyzing loopholes that hinder efficiency.
- Fresh desk, Intercom, Tableau, MS Office.
- Candidate must have experience in B2C role.
Requirements:
- Relevant escalations management experience in an ecommerce setup
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable).
- Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.
- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
