Responsibilities : - Understand and articulate the gaps in the product to internal partners. - Coach and train the team on new process changes or expectation changes that may need to be driven - Make sure every team member is aware of what they're doing well, and areas of improvement, continuously get better at what they do - Collect and analyze call data and share insights with the team. - Work across various projects with the team. - Define requirements and support roadmap prioritization for all matters requiring prioritization. - Co-ordinate for sample requests and approvals. - Maintain relationships with Customers. Requirements: - Excellent communication - 3-4 Years of relevant work Experience. - 2 years of Team handling experience.
