Job Location : Bangalore Experience : 10-15 Years Job Summary : - Manage a team of Quality Manager's and Quality Analyst's for the in-house sales team - Continuously work on optimising processes resulting in enhancement of floor quality % - Work with Training Team, basis TNIs & TNAs on skill development - Work with the sales leaders and stakeholders to improve interaction quality - Identify and recommend ways for improving audit sampling & feedback - Use technology to improve Quality deliverables and outcome - Work with Managers to outline the specific data needs Preferred Qualifications : - Comfort with ambiguity in work and a changing external environment. - Ability to think and plan strategically with a business focus. - Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced - Process improvement and transactional quality experience preferred - Female candidate preferred
