Unacademy - Associate Director - PMO

Responsibilities:

1. Managing cross-functional programs: Planning, organizing, and executing programs across multiple categories and stakeholders

2. Leading end to end GTM and growth initiatives

3. Analytics: Identifying key metrics, tracking, and providing visibility to stakeholders via dashboards and MIS reports. Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.

Requirements:

1. 3-4 experience of leading projects in startups/startup-like culture

2. Result-oriented approach to plan, lead and execute programs

2. Great MS Excel/G-Sheet skills with an understanding of data flow

3. Knowledge of dashboarding tools; Google data studio, tableau.
