The Content Sales team ensures wide content distribution on the YouTube platform, day after day while onboarding top educators who help the learners crack their ambitions.
The team uses the YouTube platform to build content distribution to get learners to the structured learning platform of Unacademy. The team mainly works towards sustaining, distributing, generating revenue, improving views, and diverting traffic towards the Unacademy platform. In addition to this, the team helps in increasing general awareness of Unacademy's offerings, including free and paid products via YouTube.

Job Objective - This is an Supply onboarding role, in which the objective is to tie up with large Institutes and Top Educators across various exam categories.
Primary Duties :
1. Prospect hunting: Generate leads for the category. reach out and establish rapport with prospective educators.
2. Pipeline management: Build a healthy lead base and ensure a steady flow of prospects.
3. Proposal Drafting: Drafting proper proposals after the final negotiations
4. Closing Deals: Evaluate and negotiate to onboard educators for Unacademy
5. Lead to Live Ownership: End to end ownership of educator onboarding
6. Client Farming: Guiding educators with content strategy to grow important Business metrics & owning 1st month revenue delivery
7. Training and Guidance: Working with the associates to ensure consistency, quality, and speed of the tasks managed by the associate
