Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for launching the operations from scratch for the city, and will be an owner for all city business operations primarily focussing on business development and driving sales via offline channels

- Implement city / zone-wide pilots for new customer activation by executing local marketing strategies

- Maintaining strong relationships with regional channel partners to help establish channels in the city

- Working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving the core business propositions. You will be leading a team of 15+ employees in the city.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 6+ years proven relevant experience.

- Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment

- Good business smarts along with strong problem solving and metrics orientation

- Crisp written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders

- Based out of Kota, Rajasthan
