Designation - Associate Director - Monitoring & Training

Responsibilities:

1. Quality checks with team enablement and auditing sales calls.

2. Responsible for delivering quality sales reports and team management with high efficiency.

3. Identifying process improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.

4. Mapping business and customer's requirements; assisting in developing, implementing and transitioning.

5. Working on quality improvement projects for achieving continual improvements at the service levels.

6. Transitioning new processes and take initiatives to set up processes and projects.

7. Share performance feedback and conduct training sessions with the team.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience into Quality Management, Quality Audits & Quality Assurance, Project management, Training & Monitoring for more than 5 years.

2. Knowledge in CRM tools, good data analytics skills.

3. Should have minimum 5+ years of team handling skills from Inside Sales, Customer Services or BPO/ ITES Background.
