Key responsibility areas include: - Formulate & implement C&B Strategy for Unacademy & act as an advisor to the group companies - Design the Rewards philosophy to build talent differentiation - Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values - Own the policy and benefits portfolio - Drive the Annual Salary Increment cycle via HRBPs and Business leaders. - Review and manage the employee cost budget, approve exceptions to compensation practices while safeguarding the reward and talent principles Requirements : - Candidates with 5-10 years experience in compensation & benefits consulting and line C&B roles; Lead projects on policy and benefits design, Job evaluation and banding, LTI design with strong C&B concepts.
