Ensure Process & Operations compliance 2. Audit existing and new processes, to check for discrepancies 3. Collaborate with the Operations counter-part in the team to build and scale processes to solve for any process discrepancies 4. Collaborate with Tech/ Product to build features to ensure processes are legally compliant AND are in accordance with the defined TAT Requirements: Background: MBA, preferably worked in a Compliance Ops role in a tech start-up; Big 4 experience preferred
