- Development of UltraTech Technical Skill Framework (UTSF) and ensuring integration of technical competencies with various HR processes

- Stakeholder (internal & external) management for capability building interventions as part of UTA

- Creating awareness among employees on UltraTech Technical Competency framework

- Design training modules through internal and external vendors for technical training

- Designing and implementing learning interventios as per augmentum strategy

- Onboarding Unit HR teams for smooth and effective initiative implementation

- Development and deployment of skill gap assessment mechanism (Bridge Brilliance Assessment Tool) with roadmap planned for biennial (once in 02 years) assessment, report generation and consequential planning of learning interventions

- To lead HR Sangam initiative Strategizing customized learning interventions for employee cohorts basis learning needs, job profiles etc.

- Strategizing and co-implementing employee well-being and employee engagement initiatives as per business needs

- Colaborating with BCOE-L&D and BCOE- OE & Change Management for strategizing and co-implementing initiatives

- Leveraging digital ecosystem to innovate and implement solutions

- Support HRBP (Manufacturing) in strategizing initiatives, managing staleholders and implementing strategic HR projects at manufacturing vertical level

- Engage and collaborate with business leaders to address capability building needs for supporting business needs

- Align manufacturing vertical HR strategies with ongoing GHR HR strategic goals

- Establishing success metrices for capability building and HR strategy initiatives

- Introducing digital solutions for analyzing effectiveness and impact of initiatives as part of the function

Qualification- Graduation in any Stream/ Engineering Preferred + Tier 1 MBA Colleges
