Job Description:
1. Training Plan: Identify training needs & preparation of training plan for the development of people and make it a learning Unit.
2. Organize and Coordinate Training: Organize & coordinate training of employees & new entrants within the budgeted cost to enhance skill & competency levels of employees. Also organize and coordinate training for contract employees
3. E-Learning: Provide all kind of HR support to employees and institutionalize e-learning in the organization.
4. System implementation: Coordinate in implementation of IMS, WCM and Safety standards and procedures for continual improvement in quality, safety and environment standards with respect to HR Department
5. GHR and BHR Initiatives : Co-ordinate and assist the DH - HR and FH (HR & Admn.) in effective implementation of HR Initiatives and OD interventions like, Awards, Prathibha Scholarship, Talent Management, OHS, CEP, etc.
6. Poornata ELM Module: Close co-ordination with Poornata Team for implementation of ELM at Unit Level.
7. Support service: Provide support to the HR & Admin. function for feedback on HR issues of allotted department & other assignments.
