Workforce Planning and Budgeting :

- Responsible for conducting HR planning and budgeting exercise for Off Roll/Temp employees of Marketing and RMC.

- Accountable for all HR activities for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC in his/her respective zone.

Design Job Descriptions :

- To work towards defining the purpose of roles, establishing the duties that should be included in the role, determining the associated authorities, accountabilities and relationships, and defining these so that employees have a comprehensive understanding of how their role fits into the organisation

Employee Relations and Union Agreements:

- Manage ER issues and monitor and ensure labour compliances.

- Manage and monitor legal matters and court cases pertaining to labour.

- Ensure effective management of relationships with the Union.

- Responsible for planning and implementing labour welfare initiatives.

- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of employee relations related programs, practices, data across Marketing and RMC.

- Manage ER analytics and reporting for off roll employees of Marketing and RMC in his/her respective zone.

Employee Life Cycle Management :

- Plan and implement recruitment, appointment, on-barding and exits for Off roll employees in his/her respective zone..

- Analyse employee separation data to understand patterns of exit, study exit interviews, prepare report and submit findings and analysis.

- Propose action plans to improve employee retention

Need Analysis, Training Content, Delivery and Effectiveness

- Coordinate Training and development programs for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC in his/her respective zone.

- Analyse specific needs required and provide inputs to ZHR and Program manager for development of programs.

- Plan and implement motivational programs at low cost / no cost for the zone.

Performance Management :

- To work on implementation of PMS processes across all locations for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC in his/her respective zone..

- Freeze the bell curve for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC at individual location and provide these inputs to Program manager

Compensation and Benefits:

Ensure timely CTC reimbursements and company benefits for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC at individual location.

Vendor Management:

- Manage and ensure consistent delivery of services and benefits with vendors

- Ensure statutory compliance at vendor end for PF / ESI / PT etc.

Payroll:

- To support for processing payroll for Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC along with vendor

- To address queries / grievances related to Off Roll employees of Marketing and RMC.

HRIS:

- Manage HR related data in the HRMS for the Business and ensure its accuracy.

Safety :

- Ensure safety of all employees / workmen.

- Procure and provide protective gear to all plant employees / workmen.

- Review ways of working and suggest recommendations to make the working environment a safe place to work. Maintain data pertaining to safety, incidents, near misses etc.

Statutory Compliances

- Ensure timely statutory compliances.

- Report any lapses or delays to the Central Office.

- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of compensation related programs, practices, and data in Zone (for workmen).

- Mitigate the risk of non-compliance by ensuring timely statutory compliances across Marketing and RMC.

- Constant liaison with workers & locals to ensure that healthy work conditions are prevailing in all plants.

- To ensure and create harmonious & peaceful Industrial Relations climate in all the plants

- To help the contractors in settling wage related issues & annual temp staff increments

- To ensure ways & means of grievances handling at plants by having effective Grievance redressal systems at plants and offices.
