UI/UX Head - Designing Firm

I am Hiring for the position of UI/UX Design head for an leading Design firm.

Location : All Over India.

Work Model: Remote

Job Description:

1. Guide and lead discovery, research, and data synthesis to uncover user insights and develop hypotheses for designing effective experiences.

2. Utilize extensive knowledge of design principles, tools, and processes to propose optimizations and innovative approaches that align with user needs.

3. Manage and oversee a team to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a collaborative work environment.

4. Take a holistic approach to project management, setting realistic goals for project teams based on a comprehensive understanding of the work.

5. Define success metrics for clients and business impact, aligning design solutions with clear customer needs, client vision, and project KPIs.

6. Facilitate workshops, brainstorms, and collaboration exercises, fostering effective collaboration between Experience and Engineering capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of UX and UI design, with expertise in leading projects from start to finish.

2. Proficient in strategic illustration for future outcomes, data analysis, and complex system and process mapping.

3. Skilled in user research, testing, journey mapping, and interactive flow design.

4. Advanced proficiency in wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and component-based design-development.

5. Set apart by hybrid design experience, ecosystem mapping, mentoring talent, proprietary research methods, prototyping with code, and design for emerging experiences.
