UI/UX Designer/Head of Design - FinTech/Payment Gateways

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather & evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers & executive team

- Create quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals & interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables

- Create production-ready visual designs with elegant & intuitive UI & delightful animations

- Generate clear ideas, user flows, concepts & designs of creative assets from beginning to end

- Be curious, humble, patient and attentive to user needs and the little details mean everything to you

- Uphold the voice of the end-user & defending design choices

- Enrich our user experience across both web & native app platforms by continuous benchmarking & iterations (even post-launch)

- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception & user-experience

- Present work with confidence and make self-driven design decisions incorporating best practices

Requirements :

- 4 to 8 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in consumer product companies

- Great understanding and empathy towards users

- Experience with design software & wireframe tools

- Proven ability to conceptualize from scratch elegant designs to enhance the product experience

- You have a portfolio that details strong interaction, thought process and visual design skills

- Excellent knowledge of web standards, native mobile design systems (iOS and Android), progressive improvements, dynamic content retrieval, and responsive/adaptive design techniques

- Deep understanding of typography, layout & composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation & transitions

- Proficient with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Overflow, Zeplin, Invision, Marvel etc.

- Experience working in a startup environment

- Fintech experience
