Key Responsibilities

Functional:

- Understand the business of Ugam

- Understand and identify the business issues / requirements and create a detailed Functional Requirement Document/Gap document.

- Develop a prototype / framework that meet requirements and address the business issue.

- Work with the technical team on the requirements, address and resolve all doubts/queries of the developer / tester. As and when required, check with clients and seek clarity.

- Ensure smooth deployment of the solution and conduct trainings for end users as and when required.

- Post project completion; seek for feedback from clients/project stakeholders.

- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.

Technical/Domain

Mandatory:

MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Project management tool like Jira, Writing use cases, Creating FRD, Hands-on knowledge on systems like D365 (Finance ERP)/WorkDay (HR) /SalesForce (CRM)/P2P

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Business Intelligence tools like Tableau/PowerBI, Pentaho, Automation tools like Power Automate
