Position Description:  - Represents the full spectrum of Talent Management (HR) functions, programs, and processes for Coimbatore location. Establishes and maintains relationships with senior management team and other locations in order to drive the execution of HR programs in Coimbatore.  - Translate HR objectives into a workable HR plan and ensures its deployment and implementation in consultation with business to support their Business Plans  - Conduct interviews and select candidates, also support the acquisition, in order to meet the assigned functions manpower requirements  - Enable the implementation of Performance Management process for the functions; Assist the business manager in making promotion decisions. Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process in order to ensure timely completion of performance management cycle.  - Assist in formulating an individual career development plans in conjunction with Business  - Driving Employee Engagement initiatives for Coimbatore location, including Facilitating get together and celebrations on various occasions / festivals.  - Develop and distribute MIS report in support with HRIS function.  - Evolve training and development in line with organizational needs and assist Talent Development team in executing.   - Implement reward and recognition schemes, communicate new schemes as appropriate with relevant guidelines in order to ensure that talent is appropriately recognized, motivated and developed  - Addressing HR operational issues related to HR policies and other service conditions  - Taking Exit Interview, analysis & feedback sharing with the HR Services team and business managers.  Person Specification:  - First level university post graduate degree in Human Resource Management.   - Typically 10 years of experience in a diverse range of HR functions  - Demonstrated experience driving organizational change initiatives, developing workforce plans, and influencing business managers.  - Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is required.  Knowledge and Skills Required:  - Excellent written and verbal skills  - Intimate business knowledge; Understands financials and business model dynamics.  - Excellent program management and process development skills.  - Excellent relationship management skills.  - Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis.  - Strong leadership and influence skills.  - Ability to working in a collaborative work environment.
