UFlex - Head - Export Business

- To manage and develop Export business for FP /Offset/NW and to work application and R&D team to roll out new products and validations for at Key accounts /Regional accounts.

- Must have experience of export business, FTA and global political and economy conditions.

- Responsible for complete top line and contribution margins delivery as per targets .

- Keep a close tab on competing products and changing technology trends in the market and work closely with the application and R&D team to develop new products.

- To promote the existing business and also develop New Potential business in his region by promoting solutions and improve the brand image by leading the marketing activities of the region.

- Scouting for new opportunities and strengthen the existing relationship in order to bring at a level of partnership.

- Creating USP's and implementation of Uflex's FP differentiation strategy in the market.

- To coordinate with PPC for demand supply, Budget and forecasting planning.

- Prepare the complete business plan for Flexible packaging/Offset/NW and ability to handle the regional export teams for various countries.
