- We are introducing a new content format for knowledge publishing and we call it "Blended Courses". A blended course is a combination of amazing Video lectures and additional service layers of study planning, doubt solving and progressive tutoring

- We distribute these Blended Courses through our online and offline distribution channels

Job description

- We are looking for enterprising expert/trainer/faculty to come on-board with us for a course in Quantitative Ability for MBA entrance exams and Study abroad exams (CAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE)

- The deliverable will be to produce video lectures with you on the subjects for courses covered by you. Format will primarily be teaching on a white board in our studio setup

- A well defined scope of work will be created with curriculum and estimated hours of recording

- Post demo and on-boarding, a project plan will be defined with timelines and video shooting schedule as per the agreed time commitment

- Before the video recording, thorough content research and lesson planning for each session/topic will be done with our in-house content team

- Post the recordings, you will work together with the content team to bridge any gaps or re-shoots of the video lectures

Skills required

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for the above said exams or excellent academic qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and on-stage presentability

- Teamwork skills for thorough planning and preparation with our in-house content production team

Remuneration

- Our aim is to create the best quality content. We are open to an upfront compensation + royalty model which motivates you the most. If you are really good, we will compensate better than the market

- You are credited as the author of the course and thus entitled for a sales royalty. The outreach of the blended courses is at-least 10 times higher than the traditional book publishing and hence the possibilities for the author
