Job Description:

Hiring a born leader who will lead professionals across varied skill sets and experience. At uFaber, we are building some amazing products to change the way people learn things and progress in their career.

- As a Project Manager, you would have to understand the requirements of the courses we offer, their scope, setting up the projects, project kickoffs; thereby defining productivity metrics.

- As a Project manager you would have to ensure that product is completed on time and within budget that the project's objective are met .

- Coordinate with Subject matter experts time to time to understand the courses well

- Manage the team of creative writer to ensure the script is ready for AV course production

- Manage Production team (re and post production- Graphics/video editing, video shooting etc)

- Ensure that high quality course is produced in a right way and within the specified time line

Skills required:

- Good people and time management skills

- Good at strategy making

- IIT/BITS/IIM Education

- 1 -3 years of experience in operations/project management.

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Highly organised and good in planning

- Quality concious and creative
