JD for Product Manager:

We are hiring a product manager who is productive, self-motivated, creative, able to focus, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. As a product manager you will define and curate user stories that communicate product vision and MVP for developers and stakeholders.

- Direct and manage product development from beginning to end.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Effectively communicate product expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Work with the development team to estimate resources and participants needed to achieve product goals.

- Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Pro actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

- Conduct post project assessments and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful product elements.

- Develop and share best practices and tools for product execution and management.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years experience as a product manager in consumer-facing websites

- Experience in consumer-facing UX/UI on mobile and desktop platforms

- Strong analytical skills

- Passion to delight consumers

- Excellent eye for end-to-end product experience

- Highly analytical and creative

- Aware of wire framing tools,

- Past experience in consumer research and market research
