What we expect from you?

We expect you to do the most interesting and rewarding part of the business, i.e. sales.

Here is a brief list of things to give you more idea of what you would be doing.

- Speak to potential customers on phone and explain the relevant course details.

- Manage CRM, leads and pipeline.

- Work with counselors to maximize the output.

- Prepare and execute monthly sales plans.

- Recruit and manage the team of counselors.

- Work with trainers to improvise the sales pitch

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for somebody who is hardcore business man/woman and loves the sales numbers. Here is a brief list of things that we expect from you.

- Proven track record of over achieving sales targets in telesales outbound process.

- Work hard and party harder.

- Great communication and convincing skills.

- You believe that you can sell anything to anybody.

- You understand the dynamic and process of telesales.
