Who we are-

uFaber.com is a well-funded EduTech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, with a view, to change the way we learn, at every stage of our life. Technology has changed almost every aspect of our life, but the way we learn is still the same. We know that we have chosen a very complex and difficult problem to solve, but if the problem is not challenging, what's the fun! We are building a team of super smart and high IQ people, who have the ability to make products, that can create mass impact. We are looking for smart IITians who have been working for couple of years, and NOT finding the KICK in their current work profile. If you have the following qualities, you might have found your dream job.

What will you be doing-

In a startup you would often be surprised to know how much and how fast you can work. Here is a brief list of things, to give you an idea of how your initial days might look like.

1. Brainstorm and research on the learning requirements of people in the age 15 to 40.

2. Discuss and design the curriculum as well as scope documents for courses in domains like business, technology, marketing, life-skills, design, finance, entrance exams etc.

3. Reach out to experts in industries, colleges and universities and collaborate with them for the development of courses.

4. Research and re-establish subjects, skills and learning requirements of people and identify matching teaching methodologies.

5. Design processes, to ensure development of high quality online courses that can engage thousands of learners.
