Finance Manager

Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company, overseeing the accounts team, and directly reporting to the CFO.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can bring financial expertise, leadership, and a passion for innovation to our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes.

- Conduct regular financial analysis, including forecasting, budget variance analysis, and trend analysis.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

2. Financial Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including book keeping , reporting and compliance.

- Prepare and Present reports such as Financial MIS, Cash Flow, Business plan, Financial Budget.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and board members.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.

- Prepare financial forecasts and projections for fundraising activities.
