Position - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description :

The Client Company is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee the Company's Operations, Marketing/Sales. The Person will be reporting to CEO / Partner Level & will be responsible for the business perspective of rendering IT Services. This includes the constant monitoring & improvement of processes, marketing, employee motivation, customer satisfaction & cost efficiency.

Job description:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Oversee daily operations of the company

- Monitoring and improving the Recruitment Process

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish and optimize Employer Branding.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Support and optimize our financial processes

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Assist CEO in marketing and sales ventures,

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors in India and Germany

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in CxO role with a strong focus on Operations, Marketing & Team management.

- Experience in IT Service Industry.

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics,

- Demonstrable competency experience in HR

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

- Willingness to travel to Europe (1-2 times a year)

- Experience with European companies will be a plus

Education & Experience:

- Science Graduate; B.E./B.Tech with IT /ITES experience; Masters in Business Administration in relevant field.

- 7-12 yrs of exp.
