Highlights of role: 1. Build dynamic HTML emails, modules and templates using Responsys ESP & Braze 2. QA email programs and campaigns to ensure error-free deployment 3. Build and optimize lifecycle, promotions, and trigger-based programs 4. Create email campaigns that are responsive to mobile and desktop platforms 5. Utilize Litmus to proof email campaigns to ensure correct design and device rendering 6. Collaborate with Email Team to coordinate email coverage, allocate work and bandwidth 7. Monitor email programs to ensure deliverability to global customer base 8. Troubleshoot issues or errors that may arise pre or post launch Skills: 1. Experience using Responsys, Braze and/or other Email Service Providers (ESPs) 2. Familiarity with email marketing concepts, deployment and implementation 3. Strong technical marketing skills 4. Proficient with HTML/CSS & SQL 5. Experience working in Braze (or willingness to learn) 6. Strong cross-functional communication & collaboration skills 7.
