Core Responsibilities:

- End-to-end lead the online and offline teacher supply for the business in the most innovative and scalable way.

- Design and implement a robust structure for teacher hiring, onboarding, training, assessment, retention, and up-skilling.

- Build, lead, and manage a high-quality Teacher Supply Team to manage the function.

- Improve system efficiency by working with Product and Team teams for automating processes.

Requirements:

- Graduate of Tier 1 college

- 3-4 years of experience in complex human supply management (Good to have).

- Strong sense of ownership to start and see projects through completion.

- Excellent at comprehending data and making data driven decisions (Must have).

- Resourceful problem solver with strong team leading ability.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.

- Willing to get their hands dirty.
