About Us :

Udayy (www.udayy.com) is a play and learn platform for kids. Our vision is to transform K5 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child in India. Udayy was incubated in Silicon Valley and counts some prominent investors as its investors. Kids learn Mathematical Thinking and English via live online classes in small batches of 3-5 kids. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs from Stanford and IIT Delhi and were recently featured in Forbes Asia "30 Under 30" in recognition for their deep passion for education and a vision to build the largest company that the world has seen in this space. Core Responsibilities :

Community team is responsible for organising engaging, outside of class, community events on a daily basis. As a category manager you will fully own up specific categories such as dance, music, public speaking, Gk, mental math etc.

You will -

- Build and manage supply to conduct daily events and webinars for your specific categories

- Design and execute an outstanding event experience strategy for your specific categories to ensure high customer NPS.

- Conduct post event analysis to build a strong feedback loop

Requirements:

- Graduate of Tier 1 college.

- 1-3 years of experience

- Ownership for tasks. Self starter attitude. Proactive and prompt.

- Extremely data driven. Ability to share post event impact evaluation insights

- Resourceful problem solver with strong leadership ability.

- Ability to design and scale processes

- Demonstrated ability to start projects, to drive to completion and to achieve results.

- Execution nerd with strong attention to detail

- Should be able to join at a short notice
