- Plan & execute sales strategies for residential & commercial
- Build brand, ensure recall & lead generation leading to higher inquiries & sales.
- To research, analyse and evaluate the competitive market environment & analyse all sales activities of our business.
- Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual sales plans for the sales strategy.
- Responsible for sales of residential & commercial projects. Arranging, coordinating and doing business meetings with prospective buyers, investors.
- Responsible for achieving team targets. Guide, mentor & motivate the team to achieve the team targets. Ensure minimum attrition in the team.
- Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop training plans for sales team. To communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
- To monitor the progress of sales operations, projection sales and revenue targets. Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor's activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
- Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. Presenting monthly business performance report to the senior management. Generating revenue based on references
