Job Description: - As the zonal lead for training, you'd be responsible for leading the delivery of the training process - for both new as well as existing employees. - Deliver training content, across a broad range of topics - product, process & soft skills, remotely to a large field force - Own the onboarding process for all new employees joining the field collections team, from a training point of view - Work closely with the content team to develop and continuously improve training content - Work with zonal collections managers & central team to identify gaps in current levels of understanding of the team and tailor the training program accordingly Requirements: - You are a self-driven, energetic, training delivery/operations expert and have 4+ years of experience of training large ops teams (preferably across e-commerce or Internet companies) - You love training people and improve their productivity and possess great people empathy - You are proficient in English, Hindi and any one of Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam - Content Designer-Training Job Description: - You will own a generation of training content for the credit field ops team from a design point of view.
