Role Description:
A zonal Head will be responsible for managing demand/ sales for a large (maybe multi-state) geography.
Following will be characteristics of the role:
1. Managing a multi-layered org of 100+ ground fleet.
2. Working closely with supply and planning team to drive growth and productivity.
3. Owning shared KPIs on driving key brand portfolio into the geography.
Role Expectations:
1. Hands-on approach with strong rigor on the ground.
2. Extensive travel throughout the geography to build strong context around execution and business.
3. Process and data-driven approach to portfolio management.
4. Multiple executional thread management.
Required Qualification:
1. Experience in managing distributed large sales team.
2. Proven analytical capability.
3. Experience in managing general trade sales is preferable
