Responsibilities: - Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility for all brands. - Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers. - Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget. - Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities. - Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions, local cross-promotions, and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with brand marketing and sales teams. - Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure PL brand visibility and setting and maintaining VM / display guidelines. - Being the eyes and ears for business by capturing competition activities need gaps, expectations, and requirements of retail partners and end consumers. - Designing and executing retailer loyalty programs, QPS schemes, Co-managing trade shows, Coordinating with demand, supply, and category teams. Desired profile: - Experienced Trade Marketing Managers to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. - Having 5-7 years of Experience in FMCG / telecom/pharma industry if with strong educational background OR having 7-10 years of experience in FMCG / telecom - An ideal candidate has a strong bias for action, has demonstrated exceptional execution skills, knows the market, competition, retailers, and consumers well, and has experience driving growth. - Strong networker & relationship builder
