Planning &amp; Execution : Plan and execute the business acquisition plan through team of on Field Sales Executives 2. Responsible to continuously improvise the productivity through trainings, regular interactions, reviews and feedbacks, handholding and expanding the demand funnel 3. Responsible to establish a strong MIS and productivity trackers 4. Responsible for sales targets by daily monitoring of the activities of the On field Executives 5. Ensuring Proper Discipline among the field staff w.r.t daily timely reporting / Closure of deals / Proper Customer co ordination etc 6. Ensure a Proper co ordination with the team Credit team for timely approval and disbursal of Loan applications. 7. Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio Skill Set Requirement : 1.
