Role Context The organization will grow in scale and complexity in the coming 18 months. We are building teams for Corporate Functions & Market Development across categories and locations. This role will be part of the team that strategizes, supports and delivers on the hiring requirements. Job Responsibilities - Be a talent advisor to the business. Generating insights on talent pools, compensation benchmarking, assessment methods - End to end recruitment - Working closely with BU Heads & Hiring Managers, creating JDs, sourcing & attracting talent, negotiating offers and ensuring a great candidate experience - Work closely with leadership and collaborate with other functions of HR for ensuring readiness to fulfill hiring based on Udaan's rapid expansion plans KRAs of the role - Understanding the business and building expertise of domain to identify the right hiring approaches - Ensuring delivery of hiring mandates in terms of timeliness & readiness, quality of talent and cost structures & budgets - Proposing changes and building processes to streamline efficiencies. Manage and ensure adherence to hiring processes - Publishing hiring reports for highlighting progress, plans, timelines & bottlenecks Functional Competencies - Ability to research and learn quickly about different industries and competencies relevant to various roles in Market Development and Corporate functions - Agility to switch between different mandates and to build pipelines concurrently across functions & roles - Strong data orientation is critical for this role to create plans and direct efforts in an efficient manner - Ability to plan & collaborate through clear communication An Ideal Candidate for this role would have - - 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition - A post-graduate degree in HR (preferred, not mandatory) - A consultative mindset based on data, research & analysis and the ability to communicate effectively - Experience in hiring for different industries across a variety of roles - Previously proven performance in a rapid growth environment where pace of execution and attention to detail have been the key attributes leading to success - Tremendous passion about solving problems, drafting plans, communicating extensively and executing independently
