This role will be part of the HR Operations and be responsible for managing end-to-end On-boarding.
- Handling induction / on-boarding process end-to-end.
- Inducting new hires face-to-face and virtually.
- Preparing & updating the induction deck, conducting team building/fun activities.
- To understand the company policies and resolve the queries of employees.
- Ensure completeness of statutory forms, on-boarding documentation, etc. by the new hires.
- Responsible for Employee code Creation & follow up with employees for Policy/appointment letter etc.
- Maintaining & publishing MIS reports
Desired skills & experience:
- On-boarding experience in a large organization
- Excellent at MS Excel.
- Exposure of Darwinbox will be an added advantage.
- On-boarding Specialist with experience in handling large number of new hires.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill, high degree of process orientation & an eye for detail.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory
Salary offered: 8-11LPA
