Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate new leads for logistics business.
2. Conversion of leads into successful business for UE. Negotiation of rates & all agreement terms.
3. Meeting sales target for the region/zone.
4. Managing the sales force under them. Coordinate for end to end management of total sales & material movement.
5. Responsible for reconciling all accounts, related to material & commercial.
6. Managing all efficiency & cost KPI's for the respective region/zones.
