Purpose of the Job:
- Achieve targeted business results in the identified categories through the effective translation of Business strategy into Region-specific plans.
- Provide leadership & motivation to the Region team towards raising performance and productivity standards through the deployment of effective training and development interventions.
- Lead the region in deploying processes and set up service teams to improve overall buyer experience along with working effectively with the external environment.
