Founders Profile :

Amod Malviya : Alumnus of IIT Kharagpur. Ex CTO at Flipkart. He was responsible for building Flipkart's Techstack across functions from scratch. He is one of the most renowned leaders in the tech space in India and is a major proponent of Open source.

Sujeet Kumar : Alumnus of IIT Delhi. Ex-President (COO) at Flipkart. Third Employee at Flipkart and established the business from scratch. He led business, and supply chain and was responsible for introducing COD in India and also set up Flipkart's own supply chain network Ekart.

Vaibhav Gupta : An alumnus of IIT Delhi and Darden School of Business. Ex McKinsey and Ex SVP Finance, Analytics and Strategy at Flipkart. Led product, supply chain, business finance and strategy.

Role Context :

- The capital organization will grow in scale and complexity in the coming 18 months. The business plan with line of sight to Dec 2021 will require teams of specialists with capital markets, analytics, risk and sales experience.

- This role will be part of the team that strategizes, supports and delivers on the hiring requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

- Own and execute sourcing and hiring for two-three business units within Capital, including specialist profiles

- Coordinate with campus team to ensure support and execution across all business units in Capital

- Problem solve for current and immediate hiring requirements

- Initiate and own BAU and projects for the function

- Own and execute sourcing for key managerial positions within the different business units

KRAs of the role :

- Process Manage, adhere and upgrade hiring practices that reflect the need of the business; build and communicate sustainable and predictable channels of hiring

- Stakeholder Partner with teams upstream and downstream to deliver the mandate

- Customer Partner with internal customers to problem solve effectively while building credibility and rapport; review and revalidate key metrics of hiring including JDs, KRAs, compensation benchmarks, external market news etc.

Functional Competencies :

-Proven track record of working across the life cycle of a recruitment function (preferably lateral hiring)

-Strong practical knowledge of the NBFC/ banking/ financial space with deep networks across organizations and peer groups

- Competent at building infrastructure for delivering high numbers for large scale hiring and niche profiles (around sourcing, interviewing and market intelligence)

Candidate Profile :

- 4-8 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience across the spectrum of functional competencies highlighted in the above section

- Post graduate HR academic background

- Experience in applicant tracking software, sourcing platforms and candidate selection methods

- Experience in organizations with established HR practices

- Strong verbal and written skills
