Program Manager:
- Lead all regional agenda on Staples category & drive category KPIs like (with RTMM):
- Depth of distribution by verticals
- PL launches and business development
- Drive buyer penetration of selected portfolio by city
- Custodian of entire regional calendar
- Drive regional staples in app monetization
- Build business insights around buyer/ market/ seasonality/ category & festive and drive business KPIs:
- Increase in transacting buyer base (dormant/ reactive/ new on boarding)
- Increase # of verticals bought by buyer
- Drive relevant sale events on and off app
- Sampling of staples amongst buyers
- Drive all in app merchandising with regional merch team
