Role Description:  - Manage the relationship with Logistics Account from the on-boarding stage to end of business cycle,  - Ability to understand 3PL and customers requirements and providing solutions to them so as to increase the share of business from the target customers,  - Responsible for Logistic Planning and Cost Control  - Customer issue management  - Responsible for Timely delivery of goods within SLA  - Understands how key in stock metrics integrate with broader business metrics to deliver optimal customer experience  - Acts as key point of contact between 3PL and Udaan, Educates and integrates Logistics vendors on operational requirements (e.g. Shipping) to reinforce highest standards  - Responsible for complete operational metrics  Expected Profile:  - Clearly demonstrated process-orientation and structured, organised thinking, excellent analytical ability  - Minimum Enginnering (MBA will be a value add)  - 2 to 3 years work experience in Supply Chain  - Preferably someone from the e-commerce company with a start up experience.
