- Responsible for managing & driving the overall business growth &amp; profitability of the Key Accounts - Identify and onboard the strategic key brands/accounts for the category basis business category fitment - Own the key accounts P&amp;L and lead the portfolio - Account profitability (tracking IFRS and NFRS spends and ensuring that they are within the defined objectives) Supply chain management (setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting) - Build Account Business Plans for the Year and align the Account Partner - Develop Plans for Key Brands by account and align the same with Customers - Build long term relationship with Account counterparts &amp; ensure seamless operations on Delivery of business goals and also managing key events like Launch, promotions, etc. - Build &amp; Execute the business plan for the top accounts
