Job Description :
- Co-own the brand positioning, brand health and brand assets for all brands
- Plan, strategize and execute offline ATL marketing campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Planning and execution of all communication, PR and media actions on all Non-Digital channels
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor, customer, and consumer insights analysis
- Create impactful brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with central marketing, trade marketing, demand and design teams for media buying, planning and creating/executing brand plans
Desired profile :
- Solid understanding and experience of brand management, GTM and the marketing mix including PR
- Strong understanding of ATL media planning, buying and excellent relationships with media owners, agencies
- Strong presentation skills
- A strong focus on results
- A high degree of business acumen
- Having 5-7 years of Experience in FMCG / telecom/pharma industry / creative agency if with strong educational background OR having 7-10 years of experience in FMCG / telecom
