Opportunity About The role :&nbsp; You will lead the Credit Business Development Team at udaan. This team is responsible for enabling and expanding credit access to udaan traders. You'll be responsible for the size and shape of a significant portfolio of udaan's credit P&amp;L. This is a massively impactful role and you'll have great opportunities to develop &amp; foster various skill sets: Credit to SMBs is extremely underpenetrated in India. In this role, you will chart out new paths to expand credit uptake in SMBs and get a shot at defining how the future of SMB trade credit will play out in India. What you will do - You'll engage with SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of credit's role across the SMB sector and in multiple categories. - You'll distill your findings into simple solutions and help define Udaan's credit product. - You and your team will orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement. - You'll build and mentor a team of smart and ambitious go-getters. Requirements:&nbsp; - You have very deep business acumen and are a strong problem solver. - You are highly driven and resourceful. You plan meticulously and execute tightly. - You love tech. You enjoy solving real world problems with innovative application of technology. You want to work closely with passionate software engineers. - You have 6-8 years of work experience predominantly in fast paced startups. - Any digital or high volume sales and/or marketing experience is preferred. - You hold a management degree from a top-tier school or you were a senior leader/co-founder at a startup
