Job Responsibilities :
- Work with city teams to set up guardrails on inventory DOH and set-up mechanisms to achieve working capital goals for the region
- Systematically reduce ageing inventory/ unhealthy inventory
- Improve credit period by working with vendors on multiple financing models
- Develop intelligent pricing models for KVIs and Non-KVIs to ensure competitiveness and at the same achieve revenue goals
- Engage in negotiation with brands/ vendors along with business teams to improve sourcing.
- Develop intelligent pricing models for KVIs and Non-KVIs to ensure competitiveness and at the same achieve revenue goals
- Work with GTM team and Demand team to drive mechanisms which improve salience of profitable selection like private labels, challenger brands
- Drive instock% and availability goals of smart selection
- Ensure accuracy of margins, efficiency of spends and complying with financial risks
- Enable business team with data driven insights.
