Function: Finance

Sub Function: Treasury

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Head - Group Treasury

Job Responsibilities :

- Raise debt for short and long term as per business requirements

- Negotiate commercials and finalize documents for new facilities, renewal of facilities

- Financial Modelling / Projections, Review and analysis of Financial Statements

- Review Sanction Letters, Facility Agreements entered with Banks and ensure compliances of all covenants

- Interact with Banks/FIs, understanding their requirements and addressing queries raised by them

- Coordinate with Accounting, Business Finance, CS, Legal and Tax teams for required info and support them for compliances

- Debt servicing, Reporting and MIS.

KRAs & KPIs of the role :

- Raising debt for short and long term - working capital / lease / other business requirements

- Execution and documentation of facilities

- Monitoring and ensuring of compliances and covenants

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA with a post-qualification experience of 5 -10 years

- Prior fund-raising experience is a must

- Must have an in-depth understanding of Treasury and its impact in Accounting, Tax and Compliance

- Must have experience in dealing with Bankers and FIs

- Must have excellent communication skills
