Job Responsibilities:

- Deeply understand the business dynamic, value chain and the network and identifying areas to solve and value add to businesses

- Develop deep and long-standing relationship with brands and key accounts

- Partner with brands and key accounts in driving disruptive changes for the category

- Plan, execute and own numbers and P&L

- Build the supply base by devising marketing plans and own end to end execution

- Work cross-functionally (operations, credit, engineering) to problem solve and solution the various needs of the business

- Identify problem statements and wear a product management hat to produce solutions along with engineers

- Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long-term trends

- Ideate, implement and disrupt

Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience post MBA from premier institutes is preferred

Must have work experience in a fast-paced environment in Category manager role
