udaan Capital is the NBFC arm of udaan & offers credit services to buyers and sellers on and off udaan's B2B ecommerce platform to grow their business further. This space is largely untapped with less than 10% of MSMEs having access to working capital loans from financial institutions. In this way, udaan is uniquely positioned to formalize &scale trade credit.

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct reviews and audits for the Udaan capital

Plan and conduct policy and compliance audits for the Udaan capital and support in planning and designing an effective annual internal audit program

Facilitate risk assessment within the Udaan Capital and assess potential risks, establish local risk registers, review, and develop appropriate risk mitigation actions

Interact with auditors on matters related to audits of the organization's internal controls, and assess potential fraud activity, as well as do any GAP analysis on best practices and make sure that there is a robust risk and compliance framework in the organization

Functional Competencies :

Problem Solving: Audit Planning, Conducting and resolution.

Stakeholder Management: Main Point of Contact for stakeholders on all Audit & compliance matters

Cross-functional integration: Close interaction with various stake holders for conducting and resolution of audit queries.

Candidate Profile :

Qualification: CA/MBA Finance/B. Com

Must have a minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in Internal Audit for products like Invoice Finance, Business Loans; prior experience in Fintech/NBFCs preferred

Thorough understanding of SME Financing and Credit processes

Good at market intelligence, should be able to provide inputs & feedback for policy and process improvement

Eye for detail/Diligent Personality
